The Lincoln Group is structured to support multiple transaction types under one brokerage, including commercial sales, commercial leasing, investment property, site acquisition and investor representation.
Investor clients often continue needing leasing, management, additional acquisitions and eventually disposition services. The Lincoln Group's property-management operation creates a way to keep those relationships connected to the brokerage.
Management, leasing and onboarding fees are structured according to property type and service level. Qualifying owner introductions may be eligible for referral compensation under the company's current property-management referral policy.
The Lincoln Group wants agents who are interested not only in closing transactions, but in helping grow markets, relationships and the company itself, through recruiting, mentoring, leadership and market expansion.
